Had a leaking water mains pipe in the garden and had to dig down to find it; then Home serve sent out some engineers who made a hash of the repair which still leaked. Called Alec and he came out the same day, climbed into a muddy hole in the rain and did the job properly; A real pro! And very reasonably priced. My go to plumber from now on.

Alec came to connect the gas to our gas hob. Not a massive job but it was a tricky fit. He did a first class job, pleasant to have in your home and even put the rings back on the hob!! Excellent value for money and we would use him again and recommend to anyone.

Alec was responsible with a colleague from another firm, for installing a new central heating boiler (Broag Remeha Quita) central boiler and radiators and controls in six bedrooms. A highly professional job, on time, considerate working practices, thoroughly researched advice. All round excellence.

Returning from holiday in mid January to snow and ice everywhere, my old boiler failed completely. Alec Revell, Worcester accredited boiler installers and well-recommended by many of my acquaintances, were quick to respond with a thorough evaluation and advice followed by a written quotation delivered next morning for a replacement boiler at a reasonable price.

They also offered a better than expected timescale. They arrived at the stated time and impressed with their efficiency and thoroughness in carrying out the work, friendliness and straightforward manner. As an accredited installer they were able to give me an extra 2 years warranty as well. Very pleased to have found such a capable and experienced specialist firm for my heating system, I would thoroughly recommend them.

Recently I required my existing bathroom that would more adequately reflect the needs the needs of my invalid wife.

Having contacted several plumbers and received less than satisfactory replies I was introduced to Alec Revell which had an immediate grasp of the problems that were likely to face us. For example alec never batted an eyelid when my wife informed him she was unable to raise her feet more than 1and a half inches above ground level.

Alec even arranged for the supply of a special floor and carpet as the shower room neared completion.

All the the work under taken has proved very satisfactory and I have no hesitation in recommending Alec Revel l plumbing and heating to folk needing plumbing work of the highest order.

Due to the complexity of the task it was difficult to establish a final costing before work stated but I found myself well satisfied with the final figures.

I would high recommend Alec to anyone. We had a bath fitted that was leaking through our kitchen ceiling that was poorly fitted by another company. Alec was extremely professional and efficient and we now have a fully functional bathroom (minus the leak).

Whilst here, Alec also fitted a new radiator as one had burst and fixed a failing cistern. All work was professionally carried out and he always kept us apprised of any changes in parts needed.

Alec acomodated me by arranging to fit my new bathroom suite whilst i was away on holiday.He removed the old bathroom replaced the ceiling and the floor, he removed my existing electric shower and replaced it with a system shower, re tiled the lot.On my return from my holiday i couldn’t believe the transformation, Alec was very trust worthy and left my bungalow clean and tidy. Alec did a fantastic, speedy job on moving our bathroom upstairs, installing a new radiator and plumbing the gas through to the kitchen from the living room.

I aim to give balanced and fair feedback; here I’d rate 100% in all respects….. and I don’t say that often. Timely competitive quote, good advice to help keep installation costs down and correctly identified issues that British Gas didn’t. Combi boiler and TRVs installed on the dates agreed and within agreed timescales. Excellent workmanship, neat, tidy and a friendly professional service.

After several years of ignoring advice from Alec to replace my gas back boiler with a Worcester Combi boiler I relented. Alec re-positioned and replaced our boiler and completed all works to a very high standard and fitted our new lounge fire.
